Attorney Profile
I joined The Becker Law Firm in 2015, bringing 20+ years of legal administrative and organizational experience to the firm. I previously managed the office of a large plaintiff personal injury practice where I gained extensive experience and knowledge about personal injury clients and cases.
As the Intake Manager of The Becker Law Firm, I am responsible for consultations with potential new clients and for organizing early facts and data to provide our legal team a solid foundation on which to begin an investigation. I help to guide new clients through the beginning process of each investigation and introduce them to the legal team that will work on their case.
I continuously develop intake practices to effectively and efficiently manage growth and to consistently deliver exceptional service to those who contact us for help. I also maintain a network of like-minded attorneys and firms that we collaborate with on cases outside of medical malpractice.
Additionally, I work with firm administration to define firm processes that keep our firm at the top of the medical malpractice field.
I am a lifelong Cleveland area resident, currently residing in Avon Lake and the proud mother of a son, a pilot and USAF technical sergeant, and daughter, a police officer for City of Cleveland Division of Police.
