I joined The Becker Law Firm as Office Administrator in June 2022, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in the legal field. Prior to my current role, I excelled as a legal secretary, specializing in civil litigation and corporate law. My diverse background includes managing IT projects and training staff on various software systems, showcasing my adaptability and technical proficiency.
In my role as Office Administrator, I am responsible for key functions such as recruiting, retention, benefits administration, policy development, and establishing standard operating procedures, alongside financial management.
I am committed to fostering a healthy and positive work environment where every employee feels respected, valued and heard. I have a passion for standing up for what is right, whether that is providing a supportive workplace culture for my team or joining my team in advocating for our clients.
I live in Brunswick with my husband, Brandon. We have two beautiful daughters who I often believe have taught me more than I have taught them.
