This is far from the first time that Attorneys Becker and Cullers have earned this prestigious award from the Super Lawyers organization. Attorney Becker, our founding partner, has been selected every year since 2006, while Attorney Cullers has been selected from 2005 to 2007 and from 2017 to 2020.

The Super Lawyers Selection Process

When choosing attorneys for the annual Rising Stars and Super Lawyers lists, the Super Lawyers team conducts an extensive and rigorous selection process, for which they hold a patent. Combining independent research with peer nominations and surveys, the team looks at thousands of potential candidates at law firms across the country.

To be selected for a regional Super Lawyers list, candidates must excel in over 12 different indicators of peer recognition and professional accomplishment, from verdicts and settlements to pro bono work. Candidates are then evaluated by members of their own practice area who made it onto the Blue Ribbon Panel. Because of this meticulous process, only 5% of attorneys in each geographical region and practice area are selected to Super Lawyers each year.
